Announcement of the 2026 IES Award Winners
The International Electrokinetics Society is pleased to announce the winners of the 2026 IES Awards in Electrokinetics.
Nataliya Mishchuk (Sukhorska) is the recipient of the 2026 Stanislav Dukhin Medal Lifetime Achievement Award in Electrokinetics. Her award citation reads: “for theories of transient and nonlinear electrokinetics in colloids and membranes, stemming from the discovery of electrophoresis of the second kind”.
Yoav Green is the recipient of the 2026 Johannes Lyklema Early Career Award in Electrokinetics. His award citation reads: “For theoretical insights into electrokinetic ion transport in nanofluidic systems”.
Both award winners will present their award lectures at the next ELKIN - International Symposium on Electrokinetics, which will take place in The Hague, Netherlands, from June 23-25, 2026.
We warmly congratulate Dr. Nataliya Mishchuk and Dr. Yoav Green on these well-deserved honors and their outstanding contributions to the field of electrokinetics.
